As a special needs mom it is easy to lose your individual identity. You get caught up in advocating, negotiating IEP’s, doctor’s visits, therapy appointments, and just the everyday responsibility of making sure your child has their daily basic needs met. On top of that you manage medical traumas and illness, as they arise.

You also have responsibilities to your other children, spouse, significant other, your job, managing the household, and more. Your obligations can be overwhelming, and exhausting. Your schedule seems to leave no time for you to regroup, but without time to unwind you may start to feel depressed, anxious, resentful, isolated, angry, to name a few. Your anxiety and depression will not only affect your mental health, but your physical health, too. Are you already feeling that?

It is vital to make some time for you. That may look a little different than it does for your friends, but trust me if you are ready it is possible. It is amazing how that little shift can change your entire life. I am here to help guide you and give you the tools to make that commitment to yourself and to be successful. You don’t need to sacrifice your child’s well-being to make yourself a priority. Let’s do this together.

Weekly Coaching 

You will gain access to a weekly coaching videos that will provide you with action steps which you will be able to implement into your daily life. these action steps will help you recognize the signs of burnout before they have an severe impct on you. You will learn how to improve your anxiety, stress,so it doesn’t become dedilitating. You will even learn how to make time for yourself. How nice would it be to remember who you are beyond just mom?

Weekly Group Zoom Calls

You will be able to get to connect with other moms who walk a similar path as you, and understand your life more than the average person. It is an essential part of healing to feel seen and heard. Going through this journey together offers you a unique bond, and can lead to lifelong friendships.

Support Group

The sisterhood support group is available to you 24/7. It is a private group with only EMSC members able to view your messages. You are able to express what’s on your mind and share your stresses and your wins without judgment and be responded to with support, love, understanding, and encouragment. It is a safe space created for you and other moms who are dealing with similar feeings.

Monthly Meditation 

The best thing about guided meditation (especially for beginners) is that you have something to focus on and it makes it easier to let go of the stresses of your day. Daily meditation will help reduce your stress and anxiety, (Practice the meditation every day).
